Art, an embodiment of human brilliance

Art thou has been recognized as the perfect embodiment of the human brilliance, however in respect of style and endeavor there has been an enormous variation in respect of region thanks to the difference in the history, culture and he legacy that has been continuing for age, even for centuries at large. Even in respect of subjects there has been a great difference. In an ancient country like India, spiritualism has been the core subject that has been made time and again the basic form all art, whether it is the visual, sculpture and any other.

In the civilizations like the Ancient Greece and Rome, the respective legends and the legendary figures have been the central subjects. In the prevailing civilization, the subjects have been changed and the daily life or the various social strata have been given due importance and thus has become the modernized notion, also having an assortment depending on the regions. To be precise even a strong liquor and to some a dangerous drug called Absinthe, or the Green Fairy has been the subject gratifying the distinct taste and culture of that particular region.

Absinthe though was initiated as a medicinal tonic in gradual course has become a fine concept of art over the years. It was during the 1800's it gained a wide reputation and it was due to the prohibitionists of France. There have been many admirers of it and trough the numerous accounts of the artists, poets and writers living or visiting Paris and living in London in the late 1800's received wide reputation. It has been found that the famous artists who have been staunch drinkers of Absinthe devoted their creation to it. Jean Francois Rafaelli, for example as a heavy drinker of Absinthe, and for this has been used amply in many of his world famous paintings.
